Di ba2a elet adaab.. Wahm.. Dont miss it, we venice helwa geddan bas expensive showaya 3an ba2et el cities.. I used train for all transportations.. Didnot like milano though, its so industrial.. Too modern for my taste

If you to Pisa make sure you book the tour there where you climb up the tour it is definitely worth it. You can catch a train from Florence to Pisa if you don't want to do a tour and do things at your own pace.

In Rome make sure you do the underground tour of the Colosseum. The English tours sell out really fast so if you miss out from the Colosseum website then you can do one through a tour company but it is more expensive.

It is easy to travel between the cities by train and best to do at night as you do more touristy things during the day.

Venice is really nice. I have been to Venice twice and first time stayed on the mainland and second time the island. The island was much better - you have the island pretty much to yourself when the tourists go home . You can do a boat tour that takes you to 3 of the islands and you can see glass blowing etc. From the airport you can get a water taxi to you accommodation. There is both a private and public water taxi. The private one will drop you at your hotel (if staying on the water) where the public one is the closest stop.

There are alot of stairs on the island so it can be hard with your luggage if taking the public water taxi or train.
