Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Two recent passport size color photograph.
Original Passport valid up to 3 months after the expiry of the visa and at least 2 blank pages + (1) photocopy for the same.
Covering letter for the applicant detailing purpose of trip, duration of stay and outlining travel itinerary.
Local sponsor’s letter (N.O.C)
Proof of adequate guarantee ( original and copy)
Salary/income slips of the last 6 months.
Bank Statements of the last 6 months.
Proof of the professional and socio-economic status plus Certificate of employment:
Original Social insurance certificate, work contract (original and copy), plus Company / Institution letter, specifying the date of recruitment, position in the company and salary level (employees)
Original of the commercial registry and tax card (company owners)
Confirmed hotel booking or Letter of invitation of the Italian host (Lettera Di InvitoDall’Italia) click here
Photocopy of applicant Residence Visa
Photocopy of previous Schengen, USA and UK visas For first time traveler to the Schengen area the “mogamma certificate” issued by the competent Egyptian Authority, for more details about the mogamma certificate regulations click here

In case of a minor traveling unaccompanied or with only one of the parents
Affidavit signed by both parents and copy of parents passports
For all the Minors under the age of 18 years we require Birth Certificate with Father and Mother’s name, for more details about the approvals regulations click here
According to Schengen regulation all the requested documents issued in Arabic have to be translated into Italian language by any translator and legalized
