Horrible service and careless dealing with people’s belongings, that’s what happened to me with Lufthansa, It has been 5 days since I arrived to Cairo and my luggage isn’t here yet. No consideration of people’s plans and commitments and what these bags might contain of important stuff! Another family on the same flight had 5 delayed bags! What kind of service is that? Should that be expected from a big company like Lufthansa that always market for their quality? Extremely disappointed!
