To Do skydiving you have 2 Options: 1- Tandem jump (1 time trial attached to the instructor and he do everything) and it takes around 30 mins from the briefing on the ground till u finish the jump.
2 - you can learn to Skydive Solo and get certified to jump solo wherever there is a drop zone anywhere in the world. ( it consists of ground school & 7 coaching jumps from the plane)
And it takes around 6 days to complete it.
So if you are looking for a just a touristic experience u can try the tandem option 1..
But if you are looking for a lifechange experience for sure do it alone and learn to skydive alone and get the AFF course.
Don't recommend Dubai at all as it is the most expensive place in the world.. And for tandem u have to reserve by 1 month in Advance.
The cost in Dubai is 2000 dhms for tandem,, 10K dhms for AFF..
You can refer to Skydive Egypt. They organize the whole trips with competitive prices and they deal with different schools in Morocco, Africa, Europe

اولا ممنوع نهائيا في مصر
ثانيا في دبي 4500 درهم ما يوازي 25000 جنية
في مصر في تدريب في نادي الشمس بي 1000 جنية تقريبا او 2000 يدربوك بس و معرفش متاح ولا لا حاليا
و في دبي مش هتيجي تقولهم يلا هيييع عايز انط لا لازم تدرب اسبوعين الاول
يعني الليله هتدخل في 35 لي 40 الف
لو معاك فلوس ملهاش لزمة تعالا اعملها
انا عملتها في دبي بس علشان مقيم هنا
