Hello everyone
so I lost my bag while traveling and contact the company and I give them a list what I lost (what was in the bag and the bag) but they compensation me with only 120 JD (148 Euro) and the bag it self-cost me 220 JD(272 Euro)
So I refused the payment and so they told me to write a new list what I lost
What should I write on the list so I can get a good compensation?
