The Green one !!! But I'm not sure if "staying young forever" means being immortal and invincible or not. Because who wants to be an immortal young person with some chronic disease.
I might choose the purple potion too, just to go back in time and make some changes and tweaks to the Egyptian history

Green.
Purple sounds great, but you can't always grantee the people you'll meet and their level of understanding.
You'll have no home, no place to go, since you simply don't exist in that certain area.
The red - cash, doesn't grantee health. So, useless.
The blue, you'll breath under water, but what about the creatures there? *shuddering* they could eat you alive.
The black, nuh... I hate spying on people or listening to stuff I'd rather live without knowing. It might also seduce me to doing mistakes and take wrong choices.
Green would be my choice, you'll be able to gain money with work, your experience would help with EVERYTHING. But it also comes with a price: watching people you love die. One after another.
