انا كنت حاجز لاهلي تذكرتين من الاسكندريه للدوحه علي القطريه Qatar Airways السعر وقتها كان 3750 جنيه للتذكره الواحده (قبل الحصار الحالي) وطبعا التذكره الراجع للاسكندريه كانت امبارح 23/07/2017 فا اتكنسلت اتوماتيك, اتصلت علي القطريه قالولي لو عايز نجبلك غيرها علي شركه تانيه اوك او تسترد نصف المبلغ (مبلغ الرحله من الاسكندريه للدوحه) طبعا قلتلهم لا هاتولي غيرها لان سعر التذكره حاليا علي التركيه او الكويتيه من 18 الف ل 20 الف لانو وقت عيد وكلو نازل والظروف الحاليه .. المهم ان القطريه كلموني وقالولي حنحجزلك القاهره علي طيران اللبناني(ميدل ايست) Business لان دا المتوفر رفضت وقلتلهم عايز اسكندريه واتصرفو وفعلا جابولي اسكندريه علي الخطوط الجوية التركية سعر التذكره دي 1086 دولار يعني الاتنين 2172 دولار ما يعادل 40 الف جنيه .... يعني الشركه دافعت حوالي 35 الف جنيه وكمان قلتلهم ان وزني معاكو كان 45 كيلو عايزهم ...عملولي Upgrade من 30 ل 45 ودفعوا هما الفرق ..... القطريه كان ممكن بكل سهوله تقولي خد فلوسك وحقول شكرا او الموجود القاهره .. لانها مش سبب في الحصار المفروض علي قطر وكمان انا من الدول المحاصره.... الناس دي فعلا كل يوم بنشوف منهم الي يخلينا نحترمهم عن اليوم الي قبله. #شكرا_طيران_القطريه

I had a reservation for my family (two persons) with Qatar Airways, departures from Alexandria from 2 months, the price in that time was 3750 pounds (208 USD) for one ticket (before the current blockade) and the return ticket to Alexandria of course has been cancelled out due to the political issue, i called Qatar airways and they advised me to take a business class to Cairo through Beirut with (Middle East Airlines - Air Liban) but i have refused and told them that i Neeeeed Alexandria, they with pleasure gave me 2 tickets to Alexandria costed 1080 USD equaled approximately 40 thousand Egyptian pounds, Qatar Airways paid 5 times of the ticket fare NOT ONLY THAT, I requested for upgrade the weight from 30 Kg to 45 Kg per person like our previous tickets, they accept FOR FREE knowing that they could have told me take the price of the ticket after deducting the price of the first trip (Alexandria to Doha) otherwise accept the alternative (Middle East Airlines - Air Liban)
However the DIDN'T do that.
Please Note, that I'm not compare #Qatar_airways to another companies i just want to share my experience and thank this company for all service above regardless of politics.
