I believe you'll land at Cairo airport so I recommend to stay few days in Cairo to visit few places , then you can fly internally to sham or hurgada. Egypt is so safe and I assure you that you'll enjoy it.

Iam an egyptian girl and i go back home 1 am
don't worry itis safe the media exagerate the situations
There are many places you can visit and i promise you will enjoy
If you want natural views and beach you can visit dahab harghada elgona sharm elshikh
You can also visit luxor and aswan and enjoy the nile
you can make a good trip and visit alot of places and eat good food with very little money compared with other places

I advise you to deal with some agency to organize for you good programs.
Or with Egyptian guide could be girl or guy who has good experience.
But prefer to be guy to be flexible to move between cities in Egypt.
Just you will need him in Cairo and Alexandria and of course luxor & Aswan.
And also you could find him/her here.
In sharm El sheikh or hurghada and Marca àllam you will not need guide there cause it's tourist cities but you will can't visit all of this cities in one time cause it's far of each other except if you will fly between them
Or you will need long time.

Y'all guys saying luxur and Aswan r gonna be really hot , she lives in Vietnam which is closer to the equator than Egypt is , she can handle that very well
Also i looked up on google for the beaches in Vietnam , u really dont need to visit Sharm or Hurghada
Egypt is huge also u r gonna spend from 10:12 days , so my advice to u not to waste some time on places u can enjoy some where else like in ur own country
Visit places that there is no alike or even close to it in another country like
Cairo & Giza "starting from the ancient Egyptian areaa passing by greek and roman era then the Islamic one then the modern one"
And the same concerning The other touristic cities in my previous comment

Go to costal places if u come in summer head to north coast if u come in winter head to redsea cities like sharm hurgada ras sudr avoid cairo unless u move with a tour guide in private safe transportation not alone avoid public transportation in cairo and most important avoid most of the guys who will offer you free stay or any free thing here in cairo as there is nothing her for free ..god be with you

egypt its safe you Welcome to Egypt and the best because you enjoy a winter trip from the month of October until the month of February because the atmosphere is very hot and traveled to Aswan and Marsa Alam Sharm, Cairo and Alexandria

Yes , it is Safe but in Hurghada , Sharm-ElShekh , Marsa-alam , Dahab or Marsa matouh
It is safe there and You Can Enjoy With Awesome Weather
Last Week I was in Hurghada And I saw Girls Alone Came From Around The World Alone .
