i suffered from overbooking from one month from qatar airways, when i checked in and take ticket but in entry hall, customer service told me that no seat for me and plane is complete, transfer me to next flight after 5 hours from doha to cairo,, when i complain online compant, give me official apologize and money compensation,,waiting time in qatar airport lounge...after this situation i lose confidentation in qatar airways
