Tropitel sahl hashish would be within that budget ( but make early reservation for a sea view room) , and their beach is nice , their buffet is great.
Just an advice, if u want to reserve sea trips ( snorkeling, diving, etc) make the reservation from hurgada, if u do from the hotel office, u may pay some extra pounds.
And the vacation will be awsome if u travel by your car.
