لاصحاب الخبر الموضوع باختضار انا مخلص المعهد من شهرين
والمعهد قال 60 يوم
واناكل شوي اسوي تحديث مع المعهد علشان استنى استنى القبولات واختار الافضل
وقالو لي خلاص 60 يوم خلالهم تقدر تسوي ترانسفير بس تعبي الورقه وترسلها لنا
المهم ارسلت لهم الورقه واخترت الجامعه وردو علي بالرساله هذي

Your transfer request were not process within the 60-day eligible period. I will have to confirm with Rachel from Pierce College to advise you with your option.

فايش الحل لو تعديت 60 يوم وهل اذا نقلو لي السفيس اقدر انقل على جامعه ثانيه يعني اغير الايتوني

هل الرسوم هي فيزا ولازم ارجع السعوديه او بس رسوم السيفيس
ومثلا لوجاني قبول جامعه بولايه ثانيه اقدر اسوي ترانسفير

You may not have an option about traveling home or at least out of the US. If I need to issue you a new I-20 you will need to pay the $200 SEVIS activation fee and need to leave the country and return to activate your status.

Hi Majid,
I just spoke with Maria at AEls Because you are outside of the 60 day grace period for the transfer your record has been terminated with Els

In order to complete your admission to College you have two choices.

1. I can issue you a new initial I-20 in which you will need to pay the $200 SEVIS payment, exit the country and then return prior to our international orientation.
2. You can file for re-instatement. I would be transferred your terminated record and create an I-20 that is in pending status. You would then need to file the I-539 form through USCIS and pay the $290 filing fee. This is the link to the I-539 form with the instructions. /Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status
You could continue with your enrollment at orientation. If your status is approved you can continue studying at College. If it is denied you would have to return home. The deadlines will be extremely important in the re-instatement process. You will be responsible for filing all of your documents in a timely manner.


The choice is yours. Let me know what you would like to do and I will begin that process. Also please remember that you must be here for orientation January 7-11.

The first option of receiving a new I-20. I will create a new I-20 for you with a new SEVIS number. You will need to pay the I-901 SEVIS fee of $200 to immigration. https://www.fmjfee.com/i901fee/index.jsp

You will then need to travel out of the country. With your return to the US your new I-20 status will be activated.
