i think VW changed their policies. because I went to the vw dealer a month ago and the guy there said from now on you have to have a social security or a down payment 8000 $

Actually insurance company will has no problem because they will charge you more due to saudi license

U must have Saudi driver license or the international driver license(its allowed just for 6 months ) to buy a car and register it under ur name also u have to get the car insurance, or u will get in trouble with the police if they catch u.

I don't think so you can buy a car with a permit in Indiana,, I never hear about it...u should have back home driver license or American driver license. As I said before....
