No I have reserved a month before the trip this summer. I say contact someone responsible for tickets in SACM and try to convince him. Each one of there representatives tend to have conflicting knowledge of the system. Once you challenge their logic (by mentioning there is no deadline before. It is a preference to apply by August to find a place but not a must; many students were able to do it) they will succumb.
