I have sent my high school certificate to WES by myself. What is the problem guys? and what does (the manner specified for this country) mean? Where is it in Canada?
المشكلة ان wes طلبها ان الوثائق ترسل عن طريق وزارة التربية اي ب ظرف مطبوع من وزارة التربية ( To be sent directly to WES by the appropriate Regional Office of the Ministry of Education or the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
