Dear student, Please note that if a student wishes to submit a request to take online course(s), all the following regulations below must be met. Approval is only given on a case by case basis. The course(s) can only be taken at the university you are approved to study at. There is a maximum of 6 credit hours of online course(s) that may be taken (per degree and not per semester), with prior approval ONLY . For example, if there is a course conflict or if the student needs to take the online course in order to graduate on time. I have listed below the requirements to submit a request. • A formal letter of request from the student stating why you need to take the online course(s), name of the course, and that they you have not taken any previous online courses. • A letter from your advisor at the university (which you are approved to study at) supporting the reason to take the course (s). This letter must also state that you have not taken any online courses previously, and that this is a required course for you degree. You need to submit a request for online class through the system and upon receipt of all of the above documents, and if all the above regulations are met, your request will be recommended for approval.
