I'm required by the school to buy a particular laptop for my Engineering major. I already did buy it for $1200ish. Would SACM repay its price? I'm a freshman if it comes to my degree.

They may repay you if you could get an statement from either your academic advisor at your school or your department saying that you need to get a laptop for particular work that is mandatory to do.

I will not reply till you bring your Arabic keyboard loool Honestly, I do not think that SACM will pay you back to what you bought because Paying such this thing is for the graduated students. You will not lose anything if you try to bill them unless you are sure that you will not gain any money back.

Yeah sometimes it depends on your advisor since you're an undergraduate students. These things are pretty much given only to graduate students.
