your Financial Guarantee from the Saudi Mission in Washington, DC USA. An
I-20 cannot be issued until this document has been received.
You will need to forward the attached letter along with a copy of your
Passport and MOHE scholarship letter so the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission
can provide you with your FG for admission purposes only. Please email
