يا اخوان انا جيت بدفع رسوم الابلكيشن عن طريق فيزا الإنماء
المهم المعهد سحب المبلغ وجاتني رسالة بس ارسلي رسالة ان المبلغ معلق مايقدر يسحبه
واتصلت ع الإنماء قالوا لي ان المعهد هو اللي علق العملية مو البنك ولازم يقدم مايثبت انه المستفيد
وهذا نص الرسالة اللي ارسلها المعهد
I attempted to process the $500 application fee from the credit card information that you sent me. It would not go through as it said there was insufficient funds because of the service fee that is charged with that transaction. Your credit card may show it as a pending item for up to 10 days, but it will not release it. If you have questions on that you would want to contact your credit card financial institution. If you have another credit card that you want to use instead, you can fax me that information. Please remember that there is a 2.75% service fee with our credit card
