Please complete the following steps to be admitted and receive your I-20:
1) Financial Verification
Submit:
a. an official BANK statement showing at least $20,731 U.S. and
b. a notarized Financial Statement from the sponsor /404 Page Not Found | SLCC
Faxed financial documents will not be accepted
2) No TOEFL REQUIRED
SLCC offers an Intensive English Program. To determine your level of English proficiency and college readiness you will take the Accuplacer test. Based on the Accuplacer results, you will be placed at the level of instruction appropriate for your needs. Visit /404 Page Not Found | SLCC for more testing information.
Students needing English as a second language will enroll in the ESL Program by placement only. If you have taken the TOEFL, scores must be less than two years old. Our Institutional code for TOEFL is 4864.
3) Official Proof of High School Graduation or College Transcripts
4) Copy of Main Passport Pages To include name, photo and passport expiration date.
UPON ARRIVAL:
Please bring documentation of the following health REQUIREMENTS:
5) Proof of Health INSURANCE: Please visit https://www.renstudent.com/slcc or call toll-free at 1-800-537-1777.
6) Proof of TB Screening and Immunization Records: Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) – two doses of live virus over your lifetime. Complete the form /404 Page Not Found | SLCC and turn it in to Health and Wellness Services on the Taylorsville Redwood Campus.
TRANSFER STUDENTS:
7) Notice of Intent to Transfer If you are transferring from a school within the U.S. you must submit a Transfer Form /404 Page Not Found | SLCC completed by your current school's designated school official (DSO).
