man, you can do it through western unioin , money gram , speed cash or tell money ....it will be fast but be careful it might be cash or cheque ....please ask your frriend when he is going to send the money ....also, he should inform you what banks you could go to collect your amount ...as you know there are many banks deal with those companies ....in addition , you should get you ID or copy of your passport to show the teller
