depends. If you say fast food, it does not mean going out to fast food restaurants. It means any food that is easy and fast to be made. and to avoid bias, I recommend to make the question more precise. For example, how many times do you go out for fast food restaurants? or how many times do you eat instant foods such as Indomy or noodles? for me I do eat fast food 1 to 2 times a week.
