Everyone has own situation so if you don't have solutions apply with 50% and let them see your gpa it could be considered as exception, that's based on my advisor . Any we don't trust any comments even by me :)

طيب تعرف ناس فصلو بعثتهم عن المبتعث الاساسي وهم ماكملو ال ٧٥٪ ؟ لانه عن كلامك تقول ف ناس وناس .. ف اذا كذا صج الشي يقهر

I suggest we talk about it. Go to SACM and let them know even if they claim they have no authority. Because I am sure they still communicate our concerns to MOHE. Let's talk about it. They promise me when I joined this scholarship that they will fund me and my brother. It is unfair for them to break this promise after he spend two years in education.

Yes I did. They said it is out of their control and it's MOHE decision. None of them provided a satisfying answer. But I do believe that although we know this so far. We need to talk to SACM. When we communicate our concerns, they can past it to MOHE. And eventually a change will happen. But if we kept relying on others to do the talking, then probably no one will talk which can come out as a not pressing issue. And you don't have to travel. Call them.

انا في قيد فصل بعثة زوجتي بس الحمدلله هي موفية شرط ال٧٥٪

بالنسبة للناس الي قبلوهم من دون شرط ال٥٠٪ كانو قبل عزام الدخيل

عزام لمن جا ببساطة فعل كل القوانين والانظمة الي كان يتم التغاظي عنها ونكب الشعب
