خطاب دعوة فيزا سنغافوره



نظراً لسؤال الكثير عن خطاب الدعوة للحصول على الفيزا السنغافورية

أرسلت لمصلحة الجوازات بسنغافوره ايميل استفسر و هذا نصه

الصيف قادم و الكثير من أعضائنا يرغب في زيارة سنغافورة لأنها وجهة مفضلة لأهل الخليج
مؤخراَ الكثير منهم كان غير سعيد من اضافة نموذج الدعوة V39A كمتطلب للسياح لأنهم واجهوا
مصاعب في اصدارها من الفنادق على الرغم من حجواتهم المؤكدة .
الرجاء اعادة النظر في امكانية اعفاء السياح من هذا الطلب علماً بأنه
سيكون لها تأثير كبير على عدد زوار سنغافورة

summer is on the way and many of our travel website members would like to visit Singapore as it is a favorite destination for gulf area locals ​

recently many of them were unhappy about adding form V39A as a requirement for tourists because they are facing difficulties to issue such letter from hotels even though they have confirmed reservation ​

kindly re-consider discussing the removal of above form from tourist visa requirements as it will have an impact on number of visitors to Singapore ​

we are a well known travel website and mainly our members come from
Saudi Arabia,Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Oman,Bahrain,Jordan and Egypt ​

لطفاً اسمح لنا بتوضيح أن سنغافوره تتطلب أن يكون الطلب مقدماً عبر وكيل محلي وهذا ينطبق على جميع البلدان .
الوكيل المحلي ممكن ان يكون مواطن سنغافوري أو مقيم دائم بعمر لا يقل عن 21 سنة .
الكفالة لا تلزمه بشي فخطاب الدعوة مجرد مرجع للاجنبي خلال اقامته بسنغافوره .

[FONT=&quot]Kindly allow us to clarify that Singapore requires entry visa applications to be made through a local contact as with most countries. The local contact must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident who is at least 21 years of age. The sponsorship requirement is not onerous. An eForm V39A -"A Letter of Introduction" (LOI) serves as a local nexus for the foreigner while in Singapore. [/FONT]

عدا الوكيل المحلي المتقدمين يستطيعون استخدام الخدمات الالكترونية عبر نظام save من خلال وكلاء فيزا معتمدين ببلدهم أو عبر شريك في سنغافوره
[FONT=&quot]هؤلاء الشركاء يستطيعون تقديم الطلب اونلاين نيابةً عن عملائهم . بامكانكم الحصول على اسمائهم من السفارات و مصلحة الجوازات .[/FONT]​

[FONT=&quot]Other than a local contact, applicants overseas can also apply for visa electronically via the Submission of Application for Visa Electronically (SAVE) system through the authorised visa agents of the overseas missions, strategic partners in Singapore. With the authorised visa agents/strategic partners, they can submit visa applications online on behalf of their customers. Please consult the respective overseas missions and ICA for more information about the authorised visa agents/strategic partners.[/FONT]​

اذاً لكي تتقدم على فيزا لابد من مكانين فقط :

1- مواطن أو مقيم في سنغافوره
2- شريك محلي معتمد أو وكيل فيزا معتمد بالخارج

و هذا يوضح لنا أن المكتب الموحد و الفرسان و فيفا غير معتمدين الى الآن
و الا لاستطاعوا التقديم على الفيزا نيابةً عن عملائهم و على مسئوليتهم الشخصية

و هو ما وافق عليه الشريك المحلي بسنغافوره على تقديمه لي لحصوله على الاعتماد
و أفاد بعدم حاجتي لخطاب دعوة
