If u already paid ask the account receivable in the University to send an invoice for the entire semester including the amount u paid ( the money will bounce back to ur bank account if there was some extra cash in ur university account ) if u didn't pay just hand em over the letter to them or ur international advisor

انا ضموني بنهاية السمستر (قبل نهايته ب٣ اسابيع) وكنت قد دفعت ثلاث ارباع المبلغ. اول شي عملته عطيت جامعتي الضمان المالي، ثم طالبتهم بإعادة اللي دفعته لان الملحقية راح تتكفل بكامل التكاليف.. وفعلاً خلال اسبوع رجعولي المبلغ بحسابي.
نصيحتي لا تراسلين الملحقية.. اعرف ناس راسلوهم وقالوا بندفع الباقي فقط لانو اللي قبل اندفع خلاص! عشان كذا انا ماكلمت الملحقية.. رحت مباشرة للجامعة وعطيتهم الضمان وطلبت إعادة المبلغ اللي دفعته..
