( شكوى إلى معالي السفير الأمريكي بالرياض )
السلام عليكم
لا يخفى عليكم النظام الجديد للسفارة الأمريكية في إرسال الفيزة للمتقدم ، حيث أنه لا يمكن إرسالها إلا إلى الثلاث مناطق الرئيسية للمملكة : الرياض وجدة والدمام.
وهذا يسبب الكثير من المشكلات لمن هم من خارج هذه المدن من الإنتظار فيها حتى إصدار الفيزة وتحمل تكاليف إضافية من الإنتظار والإرسال مرة ثانية لمنطقة أخرى.
لحل هذه المشكلة قمت بصياغة خطاب شكوى رسمي للمعالي السفير الأمريكي في السعودية يلخص المشكلة وقمت بإرساله له.
آتمنى منكم جميعا قرائته والتعديل عليه إذا لزم الأمر وتذييله بالاسم الصريح واسم المدينة وإرساله إلى :

Dear Sir,
As we all as Saudi students who have scholarships to the United States of America appreciate the opportunity of opening your arms for us to visit your great country, study in your universities and institutions, and seek treatment at your hospitals.
The great improvement in your embassy here in Saudi Arabia in facilitating the visa process is noticed and appreciated in the recent years, which reflects the great friendship of our two countries.
However, the new procedure of delivering the visa to the applicants is been restricted to only the three main cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam has become a big disappointment for students, visitors, and patients who live outside these cities. The new procedure has cost more issues and expenses to bear. It forces many of us to stay more days in the main cities to wait for issuing the visa and pay more expenses.
The old procedure was very helpful and convenient, where the visa is sent from the embassy to any of the Saudi cities with same cost paid currently to be delivered to only the main cities.
We are kindly requesting your re-consideration of the visa delivering options for those who live outside the main three cities to open the option to send their visas to any branch of Aramex in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which will help decrease many issues and reduce costs.
