We had a terrible experience at Swiss inn hotel - Dahab that I would like to share specially with families looking for secure places to go to with their kids ... we were a big group with lots of kids and infants and as usual we checked the reviews before booking at the hotel ; the location is perfect the staff is friendly and the crowd was nice as well however all of that is completely worthless in the absence of security , customer satisfaction and professionalism
A huge fight happened on the beach between two groups that were seated right next to our infant strollers , and out of a sudden they started breaking tables and glass bottles right next to our kids who were terrified from what they saw
When one of our men tried to protect the kids and ask them to stay away they started hitting him as well and it was a huge thing - all of that with no security what so ever
After a while when the security arrived and we asked for the tourism police to interfere which arrived in minutes , the security head insured us that the hotel will take proper action and ask this group to leave the hotel immediately
The biggest disappointment is the hotel chairman - the founder of Swiss inn chain who was present at the hotel at the time, he didn't care to investigate or ask his staff about the incident , didn't see that this was a big thing to happen infront of kids
Over and above when we talked to him he started picking on us and on the country mentioning that we have bigger problems to worry about like the bombs that we see every now and then .. so what happened when you got scratches or your kids saw you in a fight ! And when we told him we are not going to leave it there his reply was please go ahead do what ever you please and don't forget to write my name
So Mr. ANton good , you are the worst manager and you know nothing abt running a hotel or keeping your customers happy and satisfied and yes ppl do care abt their children safety and what they see or hear
