Tell me your experience about Barcelona, suitable timing in august or not , where to go what to do , better to get visa from spain or france based that i have 2 previous from there

August would be the best time to visit Barcelona, mainly for 2 reasons ( weather& sale).
Where to go? Depends on numbers of days you will spend there we can advise u later.
3- it's highly recommended to apply for your visa from France again and then go to Spain normally ( based on personal experience).
