I am after recommendations for Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich.

So far have:
- Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp
- Schoebrunn Palace and Zoo
- Sound of Music tour
- Salzburg Ghost Tour
- Mozarts Residence
- Neuschwanstein and Londerhof castle

Vienna: You should buy a Sissi Pass, this will get you into the Schonbrun and Hofsburg Palace. Also check out the Belvedere Palace, and the Kunsthistoriches-Fine Arts Museum. Walk around Stephenplatz and go into the cathedral if you can.
Best place to eat: Figlmüller restaurant in central Vienna.
