this is to verify that the above listed student has been nominated for the candidacy to receive a full educational scholarship from the minstry of high education on saudi arabia
the scholarship will cover to receive a full education from the ministry tuition fees for one year of ELS intensive study and the academic degree program to which he is admitted.
It also covers the student's related study and living expense including monthly allowance and financial coverage for books, medical insurance, and clothing .
the minstry of higher education's financial responsiblities begin immediately of ministry's official scholarship letter based on the approval of the submitted proof of ( final or provisional ) admission or statement of academic eligibility .
subsequently, the ministry of higher education is under no obligation until that process is completed
