I have just received news from my director that California State University - Northridge is now banned for both academics and ESL. The reason for this is that there are TOO MANY Saudi students there. Therefore any requests that are made from today on will be rejected. I'm terribly sorry and I understand how this can force you to start back at square one with applying to ESL programs and universities, but there is nothing I can do about this rule.

So please don't submit any change of ESL/academic school requests to California State University - Northridge because they will be immediately rejected.
