Do I receive credit for taking an ESL course?
ESL is a non-credit program. All students will receive a certificate of completion after successful completion of every semester.

What does that mean, what I understood is that ESL program doesn't help me to enroll in the university. Is that right ?

not all universities take esl as a toefl waiver, however, you can take the toefl after that and u should get a good result and give it to all universities, or u can limit ur universities to the ones that accept esl credit which are a lot.
