I'm not sure. I just heard about the British Institution..
as for the other two: my brother went to berlits and a Very close friend of mine went to Oxford..(in Ta7liah St.)
and I found her improving in speaking, reading and ,most importantly, Writing. So this is what I know ,, I hope I could help you.

I think it would be best if you check these places out and see how they are; and maybe ask people who are studying there now (face to face) .. but I do not recommend Birlitz for TOEFL ..

if your English is good, then you need to learn STRATEGIES to pass TOEFL .. the questioning STYLE is always the same .. just a differnt SUBJECT..

so I guess the best option is to check them out for yourself .. and 2 out of 3 is pretty good, you know .. u should know: TOEFL examines how good are you at academic communication ,, so it's all about student life, scientific lectures and academic writing >> found in British institution OR Oxford institution (both in Tahlia)
