In order to recieve final FG, you have to complete the academic transfer through the student portal. If the major and school match whats in record, then submit "change of degree level request". If not, you will have to submit change of school and major separately. First submit "change of major request" and attach acceptance letter, and latest diploma received. Once approve "submit change of school request".
