You still have the same SEVIS number -( The same one as the one printed on your visa) And You are going to the school printed on your visa And You have a valid I-20 with a valid start date
All THREE conditions should apply together. (If either one of these three conditions does not apply you have to apply for a new visa. )
If any of these conditions is missing you will need to apply for a new visa.
