I'm planning to study at University of Denver , but what i did is i have sent an application whit all documents to University of Denver English language center , is what i did ok by getting an admission in the University of Denver English language center ? if not what should i do ??

What exactly is your plan? Are you willing to study the language or to study at the university? If you plan to study at the university, you should contact them via email and explain to them that you've applied for the English language center by mistake and ur purpose was to apply for admission at the university primarily. But if your purpose is to get the language first, then you did what you should've done, so don't worry they'll contact you within few weeks. Good luck.
