السلام عليكم...انا حاليا ادرس في معهد في سياتل وابغى انقل ع معهد جامعة وست فرجينيا عشان يمكن لو درست في معهدهم يدوني قبول مشروط للجامعه...وحاليا ما ادري ايش اول خطوه أسويها لاني ما ابغى انقل من ولايه لي ولايه ثانيه إلا وانا ضامنه قبول الجامعه لأن معهدي اللي في سياتل ممتاز يعني لو نقلت بنقل بس عشان القبول المشروط ...الله يسعدكم ابغى اعرف ايش اول خطوه أسويها مع العلم اني راسلتهم وطلبت منهم قبول مشروط وارسلولي هذي الرساله

This means you agree to successfully complete the WVU IEP prior to starting academic course work. In order to get conditional admission you will need to apply to WVU and to the Intensive English Program (IEP) for the same semester. The IEP application is at /Intensive English Program | Home | West Virginia University . Conditional admission is based on academic credentials at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Further, conditional admission at the graduate level is determined by the academic department to which you apply.
You will need to complete the WVU application and send to us by mail or special delivery (Federal Express, UPS or DHL) all of your official academic documents in the original language and an English translation (we do not accept copies, scans or e-mailed documents). If you have attended a college in the US please request the transcript be sent directly from the College to WVU. In the WVU application, check “yes” to the question that asks if you are interested in attending the Intensive English Program.
