الفرق بين
Would you mind if I closed the light ?

Would you mind closing the light?

الاول طلب إذن فقط (بمعنى هل يزعجك اني أطفئ الضوء) ونلاحظ ان الفعل بعد if I ماضي ...

الثاني طلب من شخص ان يقوم بفعل ما
(بمعنى هل تمانع ان تطفئ الضوء) ونلاحظ ان الفعل بصيغة الجيرند ing

الإجابة ب no تعني عدم الممانعه والعكس

Nice! but we do not say close the light.. ur sentences should've been written like.. Would you mind if i turned the light off? would you mind turning the light off?

Well girly your sentence should be written like would you mind if I turned off the light? Or would you mind turning off the light!
Well because you can't say close the light in English I mean it is how it is! And I like that practicing grammar! This is so fun idea to me it seems like I can learn both ways better English and Arabic lol
