درجه الايلتس تقريباً 5

And there is another student looking for the same major but with 4.5 in IELTS, do you think they will accept that too?
the answer for both Q is NO ....... BECAUSE 5 in IELTS is still low but we gonna do the best we can to get an acceptance for her but the one who got 4.5 and master IT'S TOO HARD BRO but let him or her try she not gonna lose anything ? let them apply right now ?
