مساء الخير للجميع

عندي سؤال: انا جاني اي توني جديد من جامعه ورقم السيفس يختلف عن السيفس القديم علشان أني رجعت السعوديه وبالفيزه رقم السيفس القديم مع العلم ان الفيزه صالحه لمده سنتين يعني تنتهي في نهايه ٢٠١٦ هل تعتقدون أني لازم اطلع فيزه جديده على رقم السيفس الجديد ولا عادي ارجع امريكا وادفع حق السيفس وبس.
اتمني احصل جواب

اذا ما قعدت بامريكا اقل من 60 يوم من الغاء السيفيس ورجعت السعوديه ولا قعدت اكثر من 5 اشهر من رجعتك بسعوديه هنا تقدر ترجع بنفس الفيزا وتدفع حق السيفيس

انا طلعت من امريكا قبل ٦٠ يوم من الغاء السيفس ورجعت السعوديه وصارلي من اقل من خمس شهور يعني شهرين. يعني عادي بس ادفع السيفس وادخل نظامي وحتي لو كان رقم السيفس مختلف؟

Dear Applicant,

if you are an initial student (first time going to US) and got your visa already, you can travel within 1 month before school start date, but if you did not travel on the specified start date on your I-20, you need to request from your school a new I-20 with same SEVIS number, or an extension letter, otherwise you cannot travel, the visa will be cancelled, consequently you will have to apply for a new visa.

But if you are a continuing student (you are current enrolled in U.S.) you may travel even if the SEVIS number in the visa is different from that in your Passport, just make sure you did not stay out of US more than 5 months, and you possess an active new I-20 & SEVIS, otherwise you have to apply for a new visa. Also if your SEVIS was deactivated while you were in the US and happen to come back to KSA, you will be required to apply for a new visa.
