This lesson is about the differences between Who and Whom.

نعطيكم الخلاصه :
Who-----} Subject ( He- She- They - It )
Whom---} Object (him - her )
=======================
Who : is about who is doing something for example he or she.
Whom: using whom when referring to the object of a verb.

Examples:
- Whom did you visit? بالعاميه انتا زرت مين ؟
كمان بالسؤال وتكون صحيحه ولكن الي فوق اصح فعلياً Who نقدر نستخدم
- To whom it may concern .
- To whom did you talk today?
- Whom does Sarah love?

إن أصبت فهو من الله وإن أخطأت فهو مني ومن الشيطان

I would say the first one is the right answer, because who refers to he while whom refers to him

والجملتين الي فوق كتبتهم اتوقع كلهم صح

Both who and whom are relative pronouns.However ,"who" is used as the subject of a sentence or clause ,to denote who is doing something (like he or she) on the other hand, "whom" is used as the object of a verb or preposition to denote "whom" has something done to it ( like him or her ) ..
