لمن يتساءل ما هي AIESEC? و ماذا نفعل ولماذا نفعل ذلك?!
جيد AIESEC هي منظمة دولية غير حكومية لا تستهدف الربح توفر الشباب وتطوير القيادة المشتركة بين الثقافات العالمية للتدريب وتبادل الخبرات المتطوعين فى كل انحاء العالم, مع التركيز على تمكين الشباب بحيث يمكنهم اتخاذ قرارات لها تاثير ايجابى على المجتمع. فى شبكة تضم اكثر من 000 100 لطلاب الاقتصاد والتجارة فى 133 بلدا واقليما. وهى اكبر منظمة ذات ادارة الشباب فى العالم.

وهنا هو العرض الترويجى لتبادل الطلبة مع AIESEC
وكان بعضكــم مهتم لعرفة كيف تتم عملية تبادل الطلبة مع AIESEC وكانوا يطالبون بالكثير عن تفاصيل العملية. لذلك سوف يكون في هذا ال Post لدينا بعض الاجابات على اسئلتكم:
كيفية التسجيل على الفرص ?!
لتسجيل الدخول الى حساب على موقع "opportunities.aiesec.org", انقر فوق تسجيل الدخول/التسجيل ثم انقر فوق انا مستخدم جديد بعدها تقوم بكتابة البيانات المطلوبة كالاسم الاول - الاسم الاخير - البريد الالكترونى - الهاتف - كلمة المرور - البلد - ثم تختار AAST بالقاهرة اللجنة المحلية للمساعدة فى عملية التسجيل (باستثناء من هم من محافظة اخرى او يعيش خارج القاهرة).
الان لديك حساب خاص بك, عليك ان تتاكد من انك قد انجزت تماما ملفك و جميع المعلومات المطلوبة لكى تتمكن من الانتقال الى المرحلة القادمة و هي التقديم على المشروع.
التقديم على مشروع وهذا ما سوف تساعدك علية LC, وكل ما عليك فعله هو معرفة اين تريد ان تتطوعين لبدء البحث عن المشروع. بعد قراءة كل وصف المشروع فى حال الموافقة ستقدم عليه و ما عليك سوى النقر على الزر Apply (تطبيق). لاحظ انك تستطيع اختيار 15 مشروعا فى 3 بلدان مختلفة.
وقت مقابل , سيتم الاتصال بك عبر البريد الالكترونى لترتيب موعد المقابلة. احرص على معرفة الوقت حسب توقيت جرينتش. بعد المقابلة خلال نفس الاسبوع ستتلقى قبول/رفض، القبول سيؤدى الى الخطوة النهائية.
دفع رسوم العقد لبدء الرحلة LC ستقوم لك بترتيب موعد للقاء و دفع هذه الرسوم, و لملء استمارة LDM لكي تتوافق على النظام.
لمتابعة تفاصيل السفر سيكون مدير الفرصة من ارسال الاوراق المطلوبة و لكي يقول لك المزيد عن تفاصيل هذا المشروع وكذلك صديقك/EP المدير وسيجيب اسئلتك وابقاء المتابعة على كل شئ.
المتطلبات المطلوبة من مقدم الطلب:
* سنه بين 18 الى 30 عاما.
* تفهم ومعرفة كيفية التواصل باللغة الانكليزية فقط.
* معد عقليا وبدنيا لاستكشاف ثقافة جديدة.
* يعرف كيف يكون مسؤول و تترك اثرا طيبا.

For those who are wondering what is Aiesec? and what are we doing and why are we doing it?!
Well AIESEC is an international non-governmental not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development and cross-cultural global internship and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe, with a focus to empower young people so they can make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes over 100,000 members in 133 countries and territories. It is the largest youth-run organization in the world.

Some of you have been concerned about the signing up process to go on an exchange with AIESEC and where asking a lot about the process details. So this post is going to have some answers for your questions:
How to sign up on Opportunities Portal?!
In order to sign up and have an account on the website "opportunities.aiesec.org", click on log in/sign up then click on I'm a new user after that you need to put on your first name - last name - email - phone - password - country - then you choose AAST In Cairo as a Local Committee to help you with the process (except for those who are from another governorate or who lives outside Cairo).
Now you have your own account, you have to make sure that you have totally completed your profile with all the required information to be able to go to the next phase which is applying on a project.
Applying for a project that's what we are going to help you with as an LC, all you have to do is knowing where do you want to volunteer and start searching for a project. After reading the whole description of the project if you are going to apply on it just click on the button APPLY. Note that you can apply up to 15 projects in 3 different countries.
Interview time, you will be contacted through your mail to arrange a date for the interview. Make sure to be on the right time according to GMT. After doing the interview during the same week you will receive the acceptance/rejection, being accepted will lead to the final step.
Paying the contract fees to start the journey. The LC is going to contact you to arrange a time to meet to pay the fees and to fill the LDM form and Now you are matched on the system.
Following up the traveling details will be with the opportunity manager who's going to send the papers needed and tell you more about the project details as well as your buddy/EP manager who will answer to your questions and keep tracing you to get everything done.
Requirements needed in the applicant:
• his/her age should be between 18 to 30.
• understands and know how to communicate in English only.
• mentally and physically prepared to explore a new culture.
• responsible and knows how to leave a good impact.
